SQUISHY
So we recently have gotten a new addition to our family! A HAMSTER! I know it's not a grandchild yet but we are working our way up. And his name is Squishy. I got him for an Easter present. Which I think Adam is telling me so he won't have to clean up after him. No... it is my hamster so I have to clean the cage. Hmmm.... I am on to him. I knew he was great because when the lady at the pet store was reaching in to get him, she hadn't even touched him yet, and he flipped over onto his back and was squealing like he was dying. It was hilarious. Then once we got him home he got on his wheel and wouldn't stop for almost 30 minutes! Maybe he will motivate me to get on my own wheel and exercise. We can be exercise buddies! But he is very fun to watch. I just have to get used to the noise when I am home alone.

DISNEYLAND!!
Well we finally were able to go on a vacation! And we were lucky enough to go to Disneyland! It was a blast. I haven't been to Disneyland for about 10 years, and Adam hasn't been in just about as long. It was a first for both of us to go to the California Adventure. We were able to ride almost all the grown up rides. And I would have to say that we were able to ride a very scary, yet totally awesome ride.. The Tower of Terror. And I will have to say that I was literally... well.... terrified to go on it. But I did it. And I screamed like a little girl the whole time, but it was very fun! We took in a parade, which was very cool, and got extremely tired walking around. We were in Cali for 5 days, and every day was extremely nice, and warm and sunny.... except the day we went to Disneyland, it was cloudy, drizzly, and really cold. But it was still fun. When we went to the Indiana Jones ride, we were in the car, belted up, ready to go... and the ride broke. =(
But we were able to go back later and ride it! So it was all ok in the end, Indy didn't fail us! All the rest of the vacation we just lounged around my aunt Kim and uncle John's house. (Which I love) On one of the days we took a little hike up in a canyon and came face to face with some deers. My aunt and uncle were surprisingly afraid of them, I guess they saw something on the internet, where one attacked someone. But I just wanted to get close to them and touch them. I got close, but no touchy. Then we hiked up the canyon and saw a cool little waterfall. It was very nice. We totally didn't want to come home!
