So Long M.J.
So today Micheal Jackson died (along with some other celebrities)...but I actually found myself sad. In these later years (basically since the 90's to the present) I didn't like him, but I really like his stuff from the 80's...you know when he was still black. But he was a trailblazer nobody can deny that. It is too bad.

Sun, Fun, and Friends
So this last weekend myself, and my 2 friends Toni and Jill decided to have a girls weekend and so off we went to San Diego. At first we were afraid that it was going to be cloudy and cold, but for the 2 days we were there it was AMAZING!! I loved being in San Diego, but I missed Adam and my puppies. So here are some pics that I took. (These are not in any particular order)

On the last night we built a bonfire on the beach...oh so wonderful.
And much to our surprise we were facing Sea World, so at 10 they had their firework show so we got to enjoy fireworks while sitting at our bonfire on the beach.

Yeah horrible face, but I was in charge of putting wood on the fire. I took it very seriously.
We laid out on the beach. Toni and I braved the sun with mere sunblock, however Jill, being a whitey white, well had a lot more protection.
We went to the San Diego Zoo and here was a koala bear and her baby. There were tons of babies, and I have sooo many pictures of animals, too many to put on here.

Over by the aircraft carrier, they have this huge statue of the famous picture from WWII. Very cool. And VERY huge.

Jill was the only one brave enough to get into the water. And once she did this is how she stood the entire time cause it was so cold!
