Etc...Etc...Etc.....

So not much has been going on...a bunch of waiting for things basically. Waiting for the weather to finally get cooler...



Because I have so many ideas for landscaping, and garden growing and such, but I'm not doing anything till it is at least under 95 for a couple days in a row. I remember when I went Trick-or-Treating it was actually cold outside!

Anyhoo... there is just lots of waiting. To me it kinda feels like our life is at a crossroads and we are just waiting around trying to figure out which way to go.. But in the mean time...

I have been decorating a little bit... I call this my flock of seagulls.
I also got some stuff to decorate everything. I'm trying to figure out if it's too much birds.

Then the other day I went into the bedroom cause I hadn't heard from anyone and it was about 1130, and went into the bedroom and saw this site...a bunch of lazy bums..

Then on the 18th of September...Adam turned 28!!! (dun dun dun). And it was not very fun. I asked him where he wanted to go for dinner..and he said Costco for some pizza. I could live with that...we needed some stuff anyway. So while we were in the store I lost my Costco card! Then we had to wait for the pizza. Of course while we were there Adam got his B-day present, a very nice, comfy desk chair. Then on they way home my car died...we had to push it into a parking lot and wait for it to get towed.Adam didn't think it was a great birthday, but again all is well.



Oh no!!! 28!!!

Busy busy busy...

So this past weekend was pretty busy...but in a good way. Since we bought our house this year we an $8000 tax rebate sorta thing. (The only thing that has come out of our current president's reign that I agree with). Anyway, we finally got our $$ and have been putting it to good use. Here's what we got:

We are getting tile put in our house except for the bedrooms. The guy who is doing it is very good. So if anyone needs a referal for a tile guy I would absolutely recommend him.


We bought a new fridge! I love the room!!



We bought a new Mitsubishi 60" DLP TV! It is soooo big! I love it!


And I bought myself a new Ipod touch... (It's coming in the mail, and I am eagerly awaiting it's arrival!)


Then on Saturday we got to babysit our nephew Ian. He was such a great baby! He is just getting to that stage where he is starting to smile, so I was trying to get that, but everytime I pulled out the camera it would go away!







So it actually doesn't seem like a lot for one week/weekend once it's down on paper (er....computer). But living through it, has been very busy.

So am I sad that I missed the 70's?
No...not really.... be prepared to have your mind blown man...
